Now, to fulfill their growth ambition, DB Schenker has signed a long-term lease agreement for yet another built-to-suit warehouse of 10,300 square meters. This new facility (DC3D) is conveniently located attached to their existing facility. The construction of DC3D starts this month, and the facility will be ready to be used by DB Schenker in the first quarter of 2023.
