Prologis Fokker Logistics Park: Maximizing Proximity to the Airport

The demand for logistics real estate in the Benelux is high. Eemhaven, located in the Port of Rotterdam, is a key market. Over the past few years, Prologis expanded its portfolio of seven distribution centers at Eemhaven into one park by acquiring and renovating three facilities on neighboring plots.

Build-to-Suit for Coolblue in Tilburg, Netherlands
Our partnership with Coolblue started in 2012 with a 7,000 square meter lease in an already-existing distribution center. Soon after, Coolblue expanded with the development of a 25,000 square meter distribution facility at Prologis Park Tilburg. The development, located in the industrial park Vossenberg-West, started in 2014.
